The Saunum Air 7SS Sauna Heater is built for people who want the comfort of a premium sauna without the common problem of uneven heat. Traditional saunas can feel too hot near the ceiling and noticeably cooler near the floor. Saunum fixes that with a patented air mixing system that pulls hot air from above, blends it with cooler, oxygen-rich air from the floor, and redistributes it throughout the room for a more consistent, breathable sauna session.

This model features a sleek Nordic black steel design, a 132 lb stone capacity for softer heat and more satisfying steam, and a built-in Himalayan salt system that circulates salt ions through the sauna air. It is designed for sauna rooms from 177 to 282 cubic feet, is UL-listed, and is engineered for water-tossing steam sessions.

Important: This heater requires a compatible control and 132 lbs of sauna stones (4 boxes) sold separately.

Climate Equalizing Air Mixing System

Saunum’s climate equalizer is designed to reduce the discomfort caused by temperature and oxygen differences from ceiling to floor.

The system:
• Draws hot air from the ceiling zone via telescopic intake
• Pulls cooler air from the lower area via adjustable valve
• Blends both air streams inside the heater
• Outputs mixed air back into the sauna for more uniform comfort

Himalayan Salt Therapy System

The Air L 7 SS integrates a Himalayan salt reservoir inside the airflow system.

As air circulates through the heater, it passes over the salt spheres, distributing natural salt ions throughout the sauna.

The tray is removable and allows easy replacement of salt spheres or addition of aromatherapy scents.
