Shipping Methods

Standard Parcel: Smaller items are dispatched via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and typically do not require a signature upon arrival.
Freight Delivery: Larger, high-ticket units are shipped via box truck to your curbside or loading dock.

Handling: Once processed, your product will be prepared for dispatch within the specified lead time.
Transit (Ground): Expect delivery within 1–5 business days for standard orders.
Transit (Freight): Heavy shipments generally arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on your proximity to the distribution center.

Freight Receiving Instructions

Scheduling: For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a mandatory delivery appointment. An adult must be present to accept the delivery.
Inspection: It is critical to inspect your shipment for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
Reporting Issues: If damage is found, please note “DAMAGED, NEEDS REVIEW” on the receipt, take clear photographs, and notify our support team within 2–3 business days.
