This heater requires 100 pounds of sauna stones, which absorb heat from the elements and gradually release warmth into the sauna room. Adding water to the stones creates traditional Finnish löyly steam.

The Harvia Virta Combi HL90SA requires 100 lbs of sauna stones.
Recommended configuration:
3 boxes – 44 lbs sauna stones (10–15 cm)
Sauna stones absorb heat from the heating elements and gradually radiate warmth throughout the sauna room, creating a balanced and comfortable sauna environment.
